Will McInnes
Will is a passionate online marketing expert. He has worked with Oxford College of Marketing to develop ideas for new media training and has had great success with the course 'Email Marketing - How to get the best results'.
Through his work as Joint Managing Director at Nixon McInnes, a full service web agency, he helps organisations to think differently about the web, with results that give them a marked advantage over their competitors.
As an ex-client and marketer himself Will loves nothing more than enthusiastically explaining online marketing techniques and opportunities in words that normal non-technical people can understand and enjoy.
Prior to founding Nixon McInnes, Will started and ran the successful Great Bear Marketing Limited business which helped a broad range of businesses to create and implement tailored business solutions: from a small family construction firm to a high-profile consultancy project with American Express.
Before starting the Great Bear Marketing venture Will spent four years as a Marketing Manager in the £100m Crane Group of companies. In his last role in the Crane Group Will was responsible for managing the company’s business-to-business GSM mobile telephony portfolio and was a member of the division management team that drove the strategic direction of the £18m divisional business.
In his spare time Will is a family man and a keen sportsman. Will lives with his wife and young in the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove son - also known as Silicon Beach due to its status as one of the leading digital media hubs in the UK. To satisfy his highly competitive spirit Will plays rugby for Brighton Rugby Football Club.
Will studied Politics at The University of Liverpool. At the university Will played rugby for the University’s competitive first XV team.
Will is a great communicator enabling him to provide a stimulating and rewarding training day about his favourite subject!
