Ian Baines
Ian worked as a Production engineer at BAE Systems then developed his career through product management to become Marketing Director and subsequently Managing Director of a number of high tech SME's within the Aerospace sector.
He has significant experience in the development and implementation of marketing plans and has a particular interest in the evaluation of marketing activities.
His MBA focussed on the role of SME's and the development of suitable export strategies for high tech organisations.
He now works at Cranfield University developing their Aerospace Sector relationships and is a Fellow of the CIM.
