I have a proven ability to identify new brand, customer, product and service opportunities, align organisations and deliver ‘thought through’ profitable growth. My experience is across Private Equity, Privately Owned, Publicly Quoted, and Turnaround organisations in B2B and B2C markets.
I have worked with many well known brands, primarily across Consumer Durables and Industrial markets. I have developed trading relationships within Department Store, Distributor, Direct / Independent Retail, DIY Multiple, Grocery Multiple, and Merchant channels.
I have had significant P&L responsibility with in depth financial and commercial understanding, budget management and KPI delivery.
