Michael Lynch is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the CIM. He’s also a Certified member of the Market Research Society. He is currently Head of Commercial Innovation at NS&I which is one of the largest savings organisations in the UK with over 25 million customers and more than £135 billion invested. Michael joined NS&I in 2007 and was previously Head of: Retail Demand, Leveraging new Product Development and B2B Strategic Marketing. From 2014 to 2016 he was seconded from NS&I to help set up the British Business Bank where he was Acting Director Head of Communications and Marketing and Head of Brand. Michael is a former CIM examiner, has lectured at CIM Professional and Postgraduate Diploma levels including Digital Marketing since 2008. Michael is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and a graduate of Cranfield School of Management from where he attained an MSC in Strategic Marketing.
