CIM training provider Oxford College of Marketing is expanding their provision of Chartered Institute of Marketing training to Milton Keynes.
The college will hold a formal opening of the new centre on the 16 June from 6pm to 9.30 pm at the Milton Keynes Hilton. Please book if you would like come, contact charmian@oxfordcollegeofmarketing.ac.uk
The Oxford College of Marketing, specialists in Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualifications and public short marketing training courses, will mark the end of its 10th anniversary year with the opening of a new study centre in Milton Keynes. Intensive weekend classes combined with distance learning tutorial support will be held for the Professional Certificate, the Professional Diploma and the Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Graduates with, or without, a business degree will be accepted on the Professional Diploma in Marketing and will have the option of taking the assessment as an assignment. The assignment option is something that many local further education colleges do not offer.
With the withdrawal of funding for professional courses many further education colleges have now stopped running CIM courses. The Oxford College of Marketing centre at Milton Keynes is now an important centre and provides training for marketers coming from Milton Keynes and the surrounding area of Northampton, Bedford, Leicester and Luton.
A free lecture on E-marketing will be given by Stefan Drew who will also be present after the lecture to answer any questions.
In his presentation Stefan will demonstrate how, in his role as a marketing consultant working on both sides of the Atlantic, he integrates online and offline marketing, how to take Emarketing beyond the use of a simple website and how to maximise some of the hundreds of free and low cost Emarketing tools available to businesses of all sizes
Rosie Phipps, the Principal, will be able to advise students on their training options, Rosie is looking forward to spending time with students over the next few months discussing their study options with them. So do call to arrange a time for a chat!
