Chartered Institute of Marketing exam revision programmes

In the lead up to the CIM case study based examinations for Delivering Customer Value through Marketing, and Assessing the Marketing Environment we shall be running one day revision and examination preparation sessions our study centres in the UK over the weekends leeding up to the December exams.

Although the revision weekends are intended primarily to support our own students, we are making a small number of places available to external candidates at the special price of £125 excluding VAT for non Oxford College of Marketing students. If you are unable to get to the revision day you can still do the mock exam and get your paper marked for £75 (this applies to AME and DCV only).

Preparing effectively for exams or assignments doesn't start on the day when you first receive the case study or look at the assignment. It starts on the day that you first start studying the subject.

The Oxford College of Marketing exam revision programme offers students not studying with us the opportunity to join us in the run-up to the June examinations (and December ones for some modules). The college has an excellent reputation and exam pass rates are substantially higher than the CIM average.

Case study preparation sessions

It is also possible to prepare with us for your Professional Postgraduate Diploma Strategic Marketing in Practice case study.

You will attend one preparation day and four weekend days (or as many as you can) after you have received the case study and work in groups on:

  • Producing an audit on the case study
  • Examining and producing the strategic options
  • Implementing the plans to support chosen strategies
  • Taking a mock exam
  • Working with the tutor individually ensuring that you have followed the correct methodology, examined the correct strategic options and are able to implement and adapt to any changes in the external environment

Students who have failed their exams at other centres previously will find our sessions very helpful!

Revision sessions and SMIP preparation classes are held at all centres - subject to demand

Times

Day classes start at 10am and finish at 4pm. Please arrive by 9.45am
