Digital Marketing Concepts  (2 credits)

This course is targeted at marketers and business people seeking to gain an overview of the business value of Internet Marketing and how it can be leveraged to achieve acquisition, conversion and retention of online customers. You will be introduced to the broad array of interactive marketing programs including search marketing, display advertising, email marketing, site optimisation, social media, mobile marketing, online analytics, and other online methods used to achieve business goals. This course will cover the advantages and challenges as well as identify key differences between Internet marketing and traditional marketing. As an introductory course, it presents you with a baseline understanding of the primary topics covered in more detailed examination in the other required and elective courses in this certificate program.

This unit is available as a One Day Short Course.

Digital Marketing Concepts is a unit of  The Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing.
