I’m Amy and I am the Commercial Development Manager. I head up our Development team to ensure the creation of new courses runs smoothly for all new and current students. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.

I’m Amy, and I’m a Commercial Programme Executive in the Support Team. Together, we work to ensure our students feel continuously supported and reassured throughout their studies, helping to answer a range of enquiries each day. Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling and reading, as well as enjoying the outdoors wherever possible!

I’m Becca and I am the Apprenticeships Manager at Oxford Professional Education. I oversee our Learning Support Officers in the Apprenticeship Team and support the day-to-day management and learner support within our Apprenticeships provision. Outside of work, I love a good walk, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

I’m Becky and I am the Head of Commercial Programmes here at Oxford Professional Education. I oversee our Support Team, making sure that all enrolled students are supported and assisted throughout their study programmes. I also work closely with our Commercial Programme Director scheduling the many courses we offer. Away from work, I enjoy weekends away hiking with friends, eating out and cooking, and training for endurance races.

Hi, I’m Charlie, a Student Engagement Executive, I along with some of my colleagues am the first point of contact for prospective students. My main role is answering any questions students may have and helping them in selecting the most suitable qualification for their professional goals. Outside of work, I enjoy finding and trying out new restaurants, spending time with my friends and going on scenic walks with my dogs.

My name is Chloe, and I work in the support team as a Commercial Programmes Executive. My role, alongside my team, is to guide and support our students throughout their education journey here at the college – from their initial enrolment all the way to course completion. I’m here to help make sure each student has a positive and successful experience. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and unwinding with a good crime documentary.

I’m Daniela, an Account Manager, working within our B2B Corporate team. My role entails supporting organisations with enquiries and coordinating training for bespoke in- house or public courses.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and find joy in staying active at the gym or immersing myself in a good book.

I’m Dave and I’m the Business Development Manager at Oxford Professional Education. I offer advice and guidance for prospective students and companies looking to train employees. Away from work I enjoy travelling and have completed a number of cycle tours in Africa and Europe.

I’m Deslynn and I work in the Support Team as a Student Support Executive. My role, together with the team, is to support our students on their education journey at the college, from initial enrolment to the completion of their course. Outside of work, I play as part of an acoustic trio and function band, providing the music for wedding ceremonies and events.

I’m Grace and I work as a Course Content Executive within the Development Team here at OxPE. My primary role is to proof edit, revise, and assist with course reviews and syllabus updates, ensuring all learning materials are of the highest possible quality. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, reading, running, and going to the beach with family or friends!

My name is Joanna, and I am a Human Resources Coordinator. No two days are the same in my role, as I look after our current employees as well as new starters and support recruitment for the company. I work closely with all teams to make sure everyone is compliant and trained up, ready for new challenges.
In my free time I enjoy reading books (mostly fantasy novels) as well as spending time with my family whether it is building forts in out lounge or discovering new things during one of our many travels.

I’m Jordan, I work as the Senior Finance Executive in the Accounts team. I help with processing and with managing the purchase and sales ledger. In my free time I surf, ski, and compete in water polo. I enjoy playing rugby and train regularly in the gym. I also play guitar, piano and drums.

Hi, I’m Kelly. I have been working with the college for nine years and currently serve as Head of Finance, alongside managing the HR team. My role allows me to support both the financial health of the organisation and the wellbeing and development of our staff.
Outside of the office, I’m a mum to two boys and spend many weekends cheering them on while they play football. I also enjoy bike rides, walking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I am Kumbirai, a Student Engagement Executive, and I serve as the first point of contact for potential students. Helping them choose and get started on the best qualification for their career advancement is my responsibility. In my free time, I enjoy reading and painting. I also enjoy traveling, especially to places where I am able to surf.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I work in the Apprenticeship Team as Apprenticeship Business Manager. My role is to bring in new business by engaging with new and existing employers. I help with recruitment and support the enrolment process. Away from work, you will mostly find me watching my rugby crazy children.

I’m Lucy and I work as an administrative officer within the apprenticeships team, I provide administrative support and coordinate the smooth progression of apprentices throughout their programme. Outside of work you will find me in a coffee shop with my friends or painting in the garden.

I’m the Senior Digital Marketing Lead at Oxford College of Marketing. My role involves planning and delivering marketing campaigns, managing communications with external partners, creating content for a range of platforms and analysing performance to continuously improve our marketing.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, baking and finding the next great TV series.

Hi, I’m Meg and I’m the Key Account Manager here at Oxcom. I help onboard group bookings onto both the public and in-house bespoke courses. I work within the corporate team looking after business’, ensuring that they have the best experience here at OxPE. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, painting pottery and socialising with friends.

I’m Mia, and I work within the Apprenticeship Team as a Learning Support Officer. My role is to oversee the seamless progression of apprentices throughout their programme and to provide pastoral support.
A key part of my responsibilities is arranging and attending Progress Reviews with apprentices currently on- programme and their line manager. This provides the opportunity to discuss their progress, and ensures apprentices stay on track with their learning objectives, as well as meeting their Off-the-Job training requirements.

I’m Monika and I am the Assignments Submission Manager, making sure that final assignments for CIM and CIPR follow the correct submission processes. Away from work, I share my life with my husband, my son and my beautiful cat. I enjoy country walking and I am a voracious reader.

Hi, I’m Nicole, and I work as a Commercial Programme Executive in the Support Team. My role, alongside my colleagues, is to be the first point of contact for students, offering guidance and support from enrolment right through to achieving their final qualification.
Outside of work, I love live music, social events and travelling. I’m also passionate about all things Musical Theatre – whether that’s watching a performance or taking part myself!

I’m Olly, Development and AI Manager at Oxford Professional Education. I’m responsible for creating and updating learning materials that are engaging, relevant, and effective, while also leading projects that use AI to enhance both learners and colleagues. I’m passionate about creating resources that go beyond exams to build lasting professional skills.
Outside of work, I’m the Club Captain at Minster Lovell Cricket Club, where I take on responsibilities both on the field as a player and off the field helping to organise, volunteer, and support the teams.

I’m Paul, the Apprenticeships Director here at Oxford Professional Education. I’m responsible for the day-to-day management of our apprenticeship provision, both from a quality and compliance perspective. Outside of work I enjoy catching up with friends and both watching and playing various sports.

I’m Pauline and I’ve been working with the college for 21 years. I am the Commercial Programme Director responsible for producing schedules, resourcing tutors and co-ordinating programmes. I work closely with our Head of Commercial Programmes overseeing our friendly Support Team. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing golf and gardening.

I’m Rebecca and I work in the Support Team as a Student Support Executive. Together, our team supports students throughout the duration of their studies, from getting started with their course to the completion of assessments. Outside of work I like keeping active, at the gym or in the pool. I also enjoy a good book and time spent with friends and family.

I’m Rosemary and I am the Finance Director at Oxford Professional Education Group. I take overall responsibility for our finance function, ensuring that the accounts of the college are well managed. Outside of my role, I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.

I’m Sean, I work as a System Executive within the Systems Team. My role consists of reviewing courses for our college and ensuring that the teaching materials provided for our students are of the highest quality.
I like to utilise my personal time by going to the gym , designing clothes , making music, and travelling.

I’m Shelly. I’ve been with the college for almost six years, serving as the Finance Manager. In this role, I oversee the accounts team, manage corporate client accounts, and ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day finances.
When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me running, working out, or planning my next adventure. I have a passion for travelling and love seeking out new experiences.

I’m Tabatha and I work in the development team as a Senior Courseware Executive. I work to ensure consistency and quality within our courses, helping to coordinate course updates and support my colleagues.
Outside of work I enjoy baking, reading, or testing out new food spots!
