What’s Involved

The CIM Specialist Digital Award in AI Marketing will help you to develop a strategic approach to the use of AI in marketing. You will learn about key concepts that underpin AI technology, including machine learning and also the role data plays. You will consider the effects that AI can have on industries and the potential ethical implications of increased use of AI. You will explore the different AI tools available for marketers and how these can be integrated into your current marketing strategy.

The CIM Specialist Digital Award in AI Marketing is assessed by a 90 minute multiple choice exam.

CIM Specialist Digital Awards can be studied as part of the CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing. Complete any two awards to be exempt from the Digital Optimisation module.
