Julia Morris is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and a Chartered Manager (CMgr) with the Chartered Management Institute. She is a respected lecturer, curriculum specialist and apprenticeship expert with over a decade of experience in higher education, where she has taught business, management and career development to diverse learner groups across a wide range of sectors.

Julia’s has enjoyed a colourful career spanning both industry and academia. She began in PR and marketing, working with well-known political and sporting figures, and later moved into management roles in the IT and automotive industries. She then went on to run her own management consultancy, helping organisations strengthen their leadership and improve performance.

Known for her practical insight and learner-centred approach, Julia brings her real world experience into her teaching. Her style blends clarity, relevance and applied examples, ensuring that learners remain engaged and leave equipped with the confidence and tools needed to progress in their academic, professional and leadership journeys.
