The ISM represent the interests of the sales profession and provide practical support to sales people and organisations. They offer a range of practical benefits to help their members achieve their goals in sales and provide qualifications designed to help aspiring sales people improve their skill sets.
The ISM qualifications are vocationally-related and recognised by the UK government’s regulator Ofqual so you can be sure they meet the highest standards. They are on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and are eligible for government funding where this is available.
ISM qualifications are:
- Relevant to the workplace and developed in association with a wide range of professionals representing employers, salespeople and trainers
- Bite-sized–built from small units that can be assessed individually and form stand-alone qualifications or can be built on to form bigger qualifications at a later date
- Flexible – you can choose from four different assessment routes including assignment or work based evidence (which could be used during work experience).
- Designed by sales experts to equip learners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in sales, marketing, retail or business careers.
