Level 5 – The Certificate in Sales and Account Management
The ISM Level 5 Certificate in Sales and Account Management is the second tier in the ISM Level 5 qualifications.  While they are designed specifically for experienced sales professionals, with responsibility for accounts, regional teams and key account holders, they are also used for enthusiastic sales professionals wanting to advance.  All tiers of qualification (Award, Certificate and Diploma) are in line with other Ofqual recognised qualifications such as a Higher National Diploma or Foundation Degree.  All work is assessed via assignment based work and no examinations, making this course flexible and suited to a busy sales professional.
