Qualifying as a teacher in 1971, Andrew Orchard has many years of teaching experience both in the UK and abroad. On completion of his MBA from the Henley Management College, he became involved with running and teaching Chartered Institute of Marketing programmes in the London area. He has developed considerable experience in teaching at all levels of the programme and in addition to his university lecturing carries out marketing consultancy for SMEs. His research interests focus around CRM and e-marketing. In addition to his lecturing Andrew is an external examiner in travel and tourism for Hertfordshire University’s franchised courses at Cologne Business School.
