Angela Dalrymple is currently Director of Education and Student Experience at London South Bank University Business School. Her role encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and learning strategy, curriculum design, and student experience. Angela has extensive experience in marketing management and teaching. She previously held senior education roles at LSE and Oxford University and was Director of Marketing Programmes and Summer Schools at Imperial College London.
At Imperial she won the President’s Award for Excellence in Education and Teaching. She has also taught Marketing to undergraduate and postgraduate students at University of Wales and Birkbeck University. Angela is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and Senior Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Angela is also a Senior Examiner on CIM Level 7 modules, and a former Level Authority for Level 6 with CIM.
Prior to working in higher education, Angela served as an executive level marketing director with AT&T in the US and Europe, and in senior international marketing roles with Thomson Reuters and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Angela holds an MBA (Distinction), PGCE Higher Education (Distinction), PGCE Research Methods (Distinction), Diploma Management Studies (Distinction), and MA and BA (Oxford University), and is currently completing a PhD. Angela speaks English, German and French, and has worked in the US, UK, Germany, and Austria.
