Hayley Walton is a marketing communications and change management consultant with over ten years’ experience delivering award winning marketing strategies and business transformation programmes. She has been delivering Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications since 2010, was a CIM examiner for the CIM digital strategy module and is an active volunteer of the Greater London CIM branch.
For the past five years Hayley has been an independent consultant designing business strategies and change management initiatives for large public sector organisations, including Ministry of Defence, Greater London Authority and Metropolitan Police Service. Previous roles have been both in-house and agency – and include Director of an award-winning customer experience consultancy, winning CIM Marketing Excellence Award for customer service, and Account Director at a full-service agency running accounts for City & Guilds, Warwick University, and 3M.
Hayley joined Oxford College of Marketing in 2017 and has delivered and supported a range of CIM qualifications at our London Bridge Centre.
