Michael LynchMichael Lynch is a CIM Chartered Fellow, a former CIM examiner and a certified member of the Market Research Society. He has lectured on CIM programmes for OXCOM since 2008 including Strategy and Digital Strategy, Innovation, Metrics and Communications. Michael is currently Head of Commercial Innovation & Marketing at NS&I and was seconded to help create the British Business Bank as Acting Director Head of Communications and Marketing and Head of Brand. Michael is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors; a member of the Strategic Marketing MSC Programme Advisory Board at Cranfield School of Management and a NED at London Mutual Credit Union.
