Marketers don’t need to become accountants, but they do need to think in financial terms. The more you can tie marketing activity to money (revenue, cost, profit), the more influence and credibility you’ll have.

Do you struggle to understand the difference between profit and revenue, or define the fixed and variable costs for a campaign? Then invest 3 hours over 3 weeks to really build your practical skills.

Take yourself from being the marketer who says, “This campaign performed well” to one who can confidently say, “This campaign delivered an ROI of 4:1 and paid back in just 3 months”.
