Can be made online and are regarded as confirmed bookings when made.

Early Bird Discount

Book more than 4 weeks before the course date, for a second attendee or for an additional course for Early Bird Discount.

Cancellations

The scale of charges shown in the Transfer and Cancellation table will be applied when email notification of cancellation of the course booking is made within 0-30 days of the course run date, or in the case of failure to attend a course without prior email notification.  The full course fee is due at least 30 days prior to the course start date, or a Purchase Order number supplied. For courses booked inside 30 days immediate payment is required. If payment has already been made only the remaining percentage of the course fee after the transfer or cancellation charges have been applied will be refunded.

Substitutions

The original delegate may be substituted with another person at no extra charge when email notification is made prior to the course date.

Email notification is required to transfer a booking to another course. When notification is received 31 or more days prior to the start date of the originally booked course, the transfer can be made without charge.

Where notification is received within 15-30 days (inclusive) of the start date of the originally booked course, a once only transfer is allowed with a 25% charge applied based on the original fee. The transfer charge will be 100% where notification is received within 0-14 days (inclusive) of the course date. If that transfer is then cancelled or changed at any time, the full course fee remains payable. Transfers on the day are not permitted unless supported by a medical certificate. In all other circumstances 100% of the course fee will be payable. Only one transfer is permitted per booking. Subsequent transfers or cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined in the Transfer and Cancellation table.

The original course fee is the amount that has been invoiced which may show a reduced course fee if the delegate has benefitted from early bird booking discounts. All bookings first confirmed within 30 days of the course run date will be subject to normal cancellation and transfer terms and conditions. Entry to the course will be denied if payment has not been received or prior email agreement has not been given.

Payment

All course fees must be paid in full not later than 30 days prior to the start of the course or immediately for bookings made 1-30 days before the course date. Where a Purchase Order number is provided, an invoice will be raised and emailed to the client for settlement subject to the payment terms and conditions. Settlement of the invoice is only considered to have taken place when the full amount has been paid and cleared.

Course Cancellations

Oxford College of Marketing (OCM) reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. OCM will notify clients of any changes to course prices, times and dates before the course start date. Any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price. As a course may be cancelled up to 2 (two) weeks prior to its start date, it is recommended that delegates do not make travel arrangements before this time. The delegate is entirely responsible for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred. OCM does not accept any liability for reimbursement of travel/accommodation or other costs in relation to course bookings.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by OCM remain the intellectual property of Oxford College of Marketing and its partners who assert their right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Special Requirements

OCM will make arrangements at the venue prior to arrival on a course, to meet any special dietary requirements and/or other needs related to religion or disability, provided that these are stated at the time of booking.

Additional Terms

OCM reserves the right to remove any delegate from their programme should their behaviour be deemed  inappropriate for Oxford College of Marketing or its partners. No refund of course fees or other costs incurred would be made in this case.
