How To Pay

Before making a payment, please ensure you have received a valid quote and your entry level has been confirmed by a member of the team. VAT is charged at 20% where applicable and is included within your personal quote. The prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT.

All payments are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We do not store credit card details or share customer payment details with third parties.

Student

Online Payment

You can pay securely by credit or debit card through our online payment centre. Simply select the course you wish to purchase and follow the payment instructions.

Over the Phone

You can also pay by card over the phone by calling our team on +44 (0)1865 515255. Please have your quote and card details ready.

Direct Debit

Monthly payments can be made by Direct Debit over an agreed term. Our Finance team will contact you directly to arrange the Direct Debit setup.

Bank Transfer

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact our team to request our bank details. When making payment, please use your quote or invoice number as the payment reference so we can allocate your payment correctly.

PayPal

You can pay securely using PayPal through our online payment centre, including options such as Pay in 3 where available. Please note that all PayPal payment plans are subject to PayPal’s own approval and eligibility checks.

Payment Plans

Depending on your chosen course, you may be able to spread the cost through an interest-free payment plan.

Payment plans are available for self-funded students. What is included in your payment plan may vary by course, so please refer to your personal quote for full details.

Invoice

If your employer is funding your course, please complete the relevant invoicing details on your application form, including who is responsible for payment and their contact details.

Invoices are usually raised once we have received the required information.

I recently finished my studies for a level 6 digital marketing and have had a great experience with Oxford college of marketing. My only complaint is that you get a new tutor for each unit and each tutor was asking me to format my coursework in a different way from the last which was quite time consuming and had me worried at times that I had formatted the previous unit wrong. This was only a minor part of my course however and everything else was great from the platform used, support, webinars, downloads and more. I loved how it was manageable to balance with my work which meant I could stay in full-time work during my studies.

The online platform is perfect for distance learning or gaining additional support around your face to face classes. During the pandemic it has been a huge relief to have access to the online platform and support whenever I've needed it from the admin team or tutors. Without this, I wouldn't have been able to achieve a distinction in my Strategic Marketing module. It's an excellent education service which I would definitely recommend.

I have just completed my Level 7 Marketing Leadership Programme with OXCOM (MBA equivalent) and couldn't rate them highly enough. I have completed 2 courses with this study centre and they are brilliant. The tutors are great, they push you to do the best you can and challenge you when they know you have more to give. The courses are tough, you really have to apply yourself - it's not something to take on half-heartedly. But if you throw yourself into it they will support you right to the end. The course materials are thorough and the recommended reading was great too. I honestly learnt so much with them. I am thrilled to have passed with distinction. Couldn't recommend them enough.
