Many professionals step into management roles because they perform well in their existing jobs. Suddenly they are expected to motivate teams, manage performance and lead others, often without any formal training in how to do so.

This experience is often described as becoming an “accidental manager.”

This three-week lunchtime masterclass explores the practical reality of stepping into management in today’s workplace. You will gain insight into the core skills required to lead people effectively and build confidence in managing teams, conversations and performance.

Across the sessions we will explore how strong leadership, clear communication and trust help create more effective teams and stronger workplace relationships.
