All Marketing Leadership Programme delegates will have online access to the Digital Customer Experience unit from the CIM Diploma in Digital Professional Marketing, to refresh their knowledge on key digital tools and techniques.
If you have already gained significant experience in marketing at a strategic or management level and/or previously completed the CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, then the new CIM Marketing Leadership Programme could be the right choice for you. Course Structure
The CIM Marketing Leadership Programme is a postgraduate level course that consists of three modules: two mandatory and one elective module. All units are assessed by an organisational-based assignment. All delegates also have the option of studying the free Marketing Leadership Gateway Programme, which prepares delegates for the Marketing Leadership Programme. This is available as a two day course or online.
Contemporary Challenges – Mandatory Module
This level 7 module is designed to empower senior marketers to assess emerging market challenges and then to develop suitable strategic responses. It recognises the changing dynamics of the marketing environment and the importance of determining the key business drivers that will impact on business success. You will learn how to adopt creative thinking in order to respond positively and innovatively to market challenges as well as evaluating any resource implications.
Leading Change – Mandatory Module
This level 7 module will equip senior marketers to meet the challenges of leading and managing change within an organisation. It acknowledges the requirement to build a robust case for change, based on the direction and resources of the organisation as well as considering the importance of corporate culture in sustaining change too. You will learn how to develop a platform to support future market responses and effectively deliver change within a business.
Managing Business Growth – Elective Module
This level 7 module has been developed to support senior marketers in determining the potential opportunities for organisational growth that aligns with strategic priorities. It provides a wider view on possible drivers of business growth, before enabling you to focus on a specific industry and your own organisation’s drivers and customer dynamics. You will learn how to determine the future direction for a business to achieve growth and assess the likely impact on wider connected stakeholders.
Consultancy – Elective Module
This level 7 module will assist experienced marketers in developing a successful consultancy skills, either as part of a larger organisation or as an independent marketing consultancy professional. It recognises the importance of building a defined consultancy proposition alongside a personal brand. You will learn how to assess client’s issues and respond to such issues through facilitating change and implementing agreed solutions.
